We currently five locations, Little Rock, Benton, Conway, Fayetteville and Bentonville.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
First National Title Company’s founder, Jim Pender, has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School. Mr. Pender was selected and wrote for the UALR Law Journal, is presently a Director and formerly Chairman of the City of Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Commission, was Chair of the Cathedral Elementary School Board, Arkansas Commissioner to the National Commission on Uniform Laws, and has twice served as a Special Justice to the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
